W. Colin Gibson
Dreams
Dreaming of dreams, I dreamt
of you.
I was hypnotized by your beauty, I didn’t know what to do.
I tossed and turned and let it unfold
With forbidden pleasures and desires untold
I awoke with such a cold sweat.
And later that day, our eyes met.
With the power of ten A-bombs surging through
My heart jumped, in an instant I knew
You and I shall soon be one
As the heavens intermingle with the sun.
